"Phobias, compulsions and bad habits do NOT have to control your life."

Changework Coaching and Training (operated by David Barron) is a goal oriented service with two outcomes for its individual clients.
1. Overcome negative habits, patterns and compulsions that no longer are useful.
2. Create new and positive habits and patterns in their place.
Are you trying to lose weight?
Have you been trying to stop smoking?
If so then you know how difficult it can be.
You start each day with a
new hope and a renewed commitment only to find yourself failing by
midday. When you look back on your efforts all you see is a failures
and the lost hope.
There is still hope.
It doesn't matter how many
times you have tried and failed you can still overcome these unwanted
habits and patterns. Often it is simply a matter of more
effectively using your mental powers to remove doubt and build positive
mental strategies. It is often these new mental skills that give you
the strength to get what you want.
The change must happen within your mind.
With over 3000
clinical hours working with individuals, every skill that I have
learned is made is dedicated to getting you what you want. These tools
include Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis and Cognitive/Behavioral
processes as well as a list of others.
The results can be amazing.
- Many smokers quit smoking within their first session.
- Many life long habits change permanently within the first week.
- Many changes happen "unconsciously" without having
to use Will power. This is because you will learn to train your mind to
respond positively without having to think about it.
While the results are often
rapid you must understand that this is a training process and not a
magic pill. Your commitment to the process is vital to your success.
I know your time is valuable so every first-time client must qualify
with a 20 minute phone call before any appointment is scheduled. Within
that first phone call I'll find out your goals, motivations and give
you a few strategies to help you on your way. Only then will I know
you're ready for a training session.
What are you waiting for?
Because we don't know when we will die, we get to think of life as an
inexhaustible well, yet everything happens only a certain number of
times, and a very small number, really. How many more times will you
remember a certain afternoon of your childhood, some afternoon that's
so deeply a part of your being that you can't even conceive of your
life without it? Perhaps four or five times more, perhaps not even
that. How many more times will you watch the full moon rise? Perhaps
twenty. And yet it all seems limitless.
Now is the ONLY time to act and to make changes in your life.
